First ice skating rink opens in Panama

For the first time Panamanians and foreigners are able to enjoy ice skating in Panama as the first ice rink was installed in Cinta Costera in front of the Xtreme Planet.

“Christmas Ice World” is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., entrance fee is $10. The fare includes a locker and a pair of ice skates for one person.

General fee without the use of skates is $3. There is also a $20 “Rapid Pass” (30 min. limit) and a $50 “Gold Ice Pass” that allows unlimited admission for an entire month.

The place will host different weekend events, including musical, dancing and other shows.

Besides the main venue the tickets for shows may be bought in PanaTickets.com outlets, Filipe Motta Stores and Novey supermarkets.
