MoMa Panama Grand Opening

The new Museum of Modern Art – MoMA Panama – was recently opened in Panama City, located in the Nova building on 53rd Street, Obarrio. The grand opening of this new branch of modern art will be held on Thursday, December 22 with an exhibition featuring the participation of renowned international artists who visited the city for the first time to present their most important works, all of them with an “innovative, modern and revolutionary concept and a touch of pop”.

During the opening gala, attendees were able to enjoy the works of artists such as the Russian sculptor, graphic artist and designer, Alexander Kapralov; the painter, graphic artist, writer, playwright, poet and philosopher, Maxim Kantor; The portrait painter, landscape painter and Chilean boxer, Álvaro Guevara, among others.

The works of these and other well-known modern plastic artists will be exhibited from the inaugural day  until January next year.
