New SOHO will be the biggest business project ever intended to be built in Panama. It will be located right across from fabulous F&F tower, which has received a lot of attention and even several award on the international stage. Projected cost is $360 million and the construction area exceeds 27,000 square meters.
The complex will contain several towers which will contain residential and office parts, shopping center, casino, hotel. Westline Enterprises S.A. is the developer of the project says that the South Tower will be 207 meters tall and will rank among 20 tallest buildings in the country. The north tower will be 147 meters tall.
The Ritz Carlton hotel will offer 226 rooms. The luxury hotels and resort chain prides itself on its presence at the “world’s premier destinations.” Above the hotel, 80 residential properties will be available.
The ground level of the complex will unite all three towers and there will be casino, parking and a shopping mall.
