Golden Tower Panama Grand Opening

Las Américas Golden Tower Panama Hotel was officially inaugurated on December 6, after nearly half year of the testing period since its soft opening in May 2016. The hotel is operated by Colombian hotel chain Talarame, who invested $75 million in the project since 2011.

The hotel is located in the heart of financial district - the Paitilla District. This is a luxurious 30 story glass tower, designed by well-known architect from Uruguay, Carlos Ott. His blueprints were used to build the Bastille Opera House in Paris and several other landmark buildings in such cities as Miami and Dubai.

The hotel has 285 rooms and luxury suites with living area between 44 to 143 sq. meters. The rooms are located between floors 7 to 27, the remaining space are divided between parking lot and hotel’s amenities. The authors of the projects have put special efforts into sound proofing the building walls as it is located one of the most busiest intersections of the city.

The Golden Tower has almost everything to make any traveler’s stay comfortable: three restaurants, bars, a heated indoor swimming pool, Spa with 3 cabins for massages, Turkish bath, sauna and flotarium (with mineral salts for massages and treatments); fitness center; beauty parlor; business center with panoramic terrace and executive offices; executive lounge (located on the 28th floor) and 7 meeting rooms for banquets and conventions.

Tow of the hotel’s restaurants are approved by Ramon Freixa, the prestigious Catalan chef who has won two Michelin stars for his passionate and colourful Mediterranean tastes and aromas.

With the Golden Tower Hotel, the Talamare group is exporting an investment model that allows individual and corporate clients to invest in one or more rooms and immediately become co-owners of the whole hotel, because this model generates revenues in the complete operation: accommodation, food and drinks, banquet room rentals, etc.

The Talarme group utilizes an investment model that allows individual and corporate clients to invest in one or more rooms and become co-owners of  the entire hotel. The model generates revenues and gives minimum amount of problems to the owners: there is no need for them to care about maintenance fees, search for tenants or worry about expenses.
